So Long 2007

This year was not my best year for training or racing so I am not sad to see it go. I am looking forward to having a better year in 2008, structured training with the TRIgirls and focusing on improvement rather than just going through the motions.

It's funny becauseI feel less confident about my ability after three years in the sport than I did when I first started. I attribute this to a lack of focus and commitment. So I am going to publicly dedicate 2008 to accomplishing these goals.

1. Become comfortable on the bike and riding 3 times/week.
Must. Do. This.

2. Run sub 10 minute miles regularly.
Haven't done this in a while.

3. Overcome my race demons who like to bring me down.
Mental games we play.

4. Follow my training plan and coach's advice.
This one should be easy, but never is.
