I have to say it is amazing how minor adjustments can make such a huge difference to my running. I had a pretty good run today and even managed to negative split the run. I am going to try hard to work on my form as it know it contributes to my risk for injuries and I need to start working on building speed.
Afterwards we enjoyed coffee and laughs as our cool down. Coach G headed back out to complete 22 miles or some god awful number.
