Who Cancels a Race

Well Set-Up does. I am not entirely convinced the Patriot HIM needed to be canceled based on the weather here in Richmond, but what do I know. So far it's raining and that's about it.

I am a bit ticked off to tell the truth because athletes don't get a refund just a 50% credit towards next years race. I think Set-Up had other options like a credit to any race, or best yet a refund. But this is just how my year of triathlon has been, one non-event after another. Things had better improve soon.
