For two weeks I have done absolutely nothing active at all. Well I did swim 1000 measly yards. It is actually a forced rest because I cannot run or bike for 8 weeks. I actually I can't use any gym equipment other than strength, and I can't even power walk. I don't mind really as my body needs the rest.
As for next year, I am making no plans to race. I just have to focus on healing and then rebuilding my fitness slowly. I don't want another year of constant injury. I'll know better in January if I can manage any kind of race season, but it will be light.
So for now I will continue with PT, start my strength and core exercises and do lots of stretching. I guess I will get back in the pool eventually.

I'm with you on not doing anything, although I'm not injured, just lazy! :) Ironman will do that to you.
Take care of yourself and enjoy your "down" time a little! You deserve a little rest!
Your body needs to heal, so you being smart :)
And, you are an Ironman :)
