
As I pondered this conundrum before every workout this week I would have liked nothing more than to plop myself down in the recliner to take a nap. The really interesting thing is that when I force myself out the door I feel 100% better when I get home. I guess the benefits of consistency and accountability are paying off.
I know for a fact the work I do now is going to pay big dividends later this year and that basically is what it's all about. I feel good, strong, happy and fulfilled.
