I am not a great swimmer. I am going to work hard on this before IMFL because I don't want my swimming to be a negative experience in the race. I will start Masters in February so until then I am trying to complete all my workouts and not slack off.
Last night my workout was a timed mile.
I. Am. Slow.
But last night I felt reasonably good about my swim, I completed it in a time that for me is close to a PB. This gives me hope that one day, maybe, I will see improvement.

Just saw your note on my blog from back in Dec! Yeah for IMFL 08. It's going to be great. Are you doing Gulf Coast Half Iron in May? The Masters Swimming will pay off for sure.
