My Poor Feet

After weeks of suffering with pain in both my feet, I went back to see Dr. Stadler. Her diagnosis...Hallux Rigidus in the right foot and tendinosis, hopefully, in the left. So I can still run as pain allows and I will start physical therapy with our own TG therapist Jim Miller next week. I will also need custom orthotics. If this treatment plan doesn't work, then I'll need an MRI in the left foot to see what the problem is.

I feel much better knowing I may get some relief from the constant pain. I am not one of those people that can run day after day in pain. What's worse I have this pain even when I walk so I needed to get this figured out.

The only downside is that none of this will be resolved before White Lake. I may have my orthotics, but I won't have had much time to break them in. So I will just have go with the flow and remember the prize this year is IM Florida.
