No Excuses


I have no excuses. It's not like I should be tired or anything.

I have most definitely entered the realm of "slacker". Yes I am busy with other things in my life, and yes I still can't run but I COULD be doing more.

It's so hard getting back on track after a long layoff. Inspire me someone...please!

Come to indoor cycling... you will feel so energized and leave smiling. It was what I needed to "get back on the horse (bike)."

KB is right. Though I'm still slacking and not going, it is a great inspiration and it really helps to have friends who welcome you.

Do something you love for nothing more than the enjoyment of it.

For me that would be a bike ride with friends or a solitary, peaceful swim.

So, it's been 10 days. I guess I'll move past inspire and work on pushing you into it (you know you want to do more).

It's supposed to be 54 & sunny on Sunday...how about a bike ride?
