Blah...injury..blah...

Yep, that about sums it up. Everything hurts!! Well not quite everything but a lot of bits hurt and that scares me.

Not freaking fair. I take rest breaks, I follow schedules I do 1 min/2 min run walks. WTF!

So I am NOT going to run tomorrow, even though I want to my body obviously does not; and my head is scared of my body.
