Strength and Flexibility

In an effort to improve both strength and flexibility and hopefully reduce the aches, pains and minor injuries I am prone to, I am embarking on a new regime.

I am doing one hour core/strength sessions and yoga twice each week. I have never been much of a devotee of yoga so we will see how this goes. I found a DVD geared specifically to triathletes that I can do at home. I just have to find the time to do it.

I am hoping to see some real gains both in performance and daily life.

Too much to ask...I hope not. I swear some mornings I wake up feeling like a bus ran over me.
