One of the strange things to me about training is how one week I feel like the energizer bunny and then two days later I can feel like a bus ran over me. Well that is how I feel right now. I feel sluggish, unmotivated and just plain tired.I always internally struggle about training when tired. On the one had it's what makes you stronger but on the other it seems so pointless going through the motions like a slug. So today on the books is a one hour bike, one hour run and a 45 min swim.
Don't hold your breath!
