Highs and lows

One of the strange things to me about training is how one week I feel like the energizer bunny and then two days later I can feel like a bus ran over me. Well that is how I feel right now. I feel sluggish, unmotivated and just plain tired.

I always internally struggle about training when tired. On the one had it's what makes you stronger but on the other it seems so pointless going through the motions like a slug. So today on the books is a one hour bike, one hour run and a 45 min swim.

Don't hold your breath!
